Since joining Digital Matrix Systems in 2016, Aaron has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Operations and most recently Executive Vice President, where he focused on strategic planning, process improvements, and product development oversight. Before joining DMS, he held IT Operations management positions for a North American marketing organization and served in the U.S. Army as an Information Systems Specialist and Electronic Warfare Officer.
