AnyMind Group announced that it has acquired all shares of Bcode Inc.. The acquisition expands AnyMind Group’s social commerce infrastructure at a time when live streaming and creator driven content are increasingly influencing purchasing behavior across social and video platforms.

By integrating Bcode’s network of live streamers, AnyMind Group enhances its ability to support brands across the full commerce lifecycle, from content creation and audience engagement to conversion and distribution. Bcode manages and supports more than 300 live streamers in Japan, many of whom have built strong fan communities on TikTok LIVE. These capabilities complement AnyMind Group’s existing creator and affiliate marketing operations in Japan, including GROVE, a creator network the company acquired in 2020.
