Before his tenure at FieldWare, Haling spent over ten years as Head of Revenue at VelocityEHS, where he played a key role in driving the company’s growth. He also served as a Principal and Operating Partner at Arrowroot Capital, a private equity firm specializing in software investments. In that capacity, Haling advised portfolio companies on strategies for market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and team development. His extensive experience includes multiple board positions and a deep understanding of scaling software businesses backed by private equity.
