Today, two advertising technology category (AdTech) leaders Outbrain and Teads have announced a merger, scripting a new chapter in the video advertising industry. The merger is part of Outbrain’s readiness to acquire Teads, a leading programmatic advertising platform for contextual targeting and the CTV marketplace. Unitedly, the new entity will redefine advertising performance and omnichannel video offerings. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

Teads, known for its “best-in-glass advertising” concept, provides advanced analytics and traffic acquisition insights to advertisers and publishers.
