Barbara Karasek, co-owner of Paradise, praised Jaronski’s purpose-driven leadership and deep industry expertise, emphasizing that his global outlook and results-oriented approach align perfectly with the agency’s mission. Karasek will transition to the newly created role of Chief Marketing Officer, focusing on enterprise marketing strategy and business development, while co-owner Tony Karasek assumes the position of Chief Growth Officer to concentrate on strategic partnerships and expansion efforts.
