Picsart, an all in one creative design platform with more than 130 million monthly users, announced the launch of Aura, a personal creative collaborator built for real time co creation through voice powered prompting. The company describes the tool as an AI system that removes traditional learning barriers by allowing users to generate visual content simply by speaking their ideas.

Aura evolves from Picsart’s image editor, one of the platform’s most widely used applications, and was developed using research based on more than 100,000 user prompts. Built on the company’s Vibe Design approach, the tool is designed to guide users from concept to finished output without requiring advanced editing skills or technical knowledge.
Rather than relying on complex menus or layered workflows, Aura introduces conversational creation, allowing users to move seamlessly between image and video production within a single interaction. Users can create a product photo, convert it into a marketing visual, animate it into a video advertisement, and extend the content into longer storytelling formats through integrated tools such as Video Extend.

Collaborative features allow multiple users to join creation sessions in real time for feedback and refinement.
Aura also incorporates adaptive intelligence that learns user preferences over time, suggesting styles and creative directions while maintaining context across sessions. Users can switch between AI assisted creation and manual editing tools for detailed customization, enabling both speed and professional level control.
The launch follows several recent milestones for Picsart, including surpassing 2.5 billion lifetime downloads and releasing additional AI tools such as Flow and AI Assistant.
