TDCX continues its global expansion by expanding into Brazil

The 29th campus of TDCX (NYSE: TDCX), a provider of digital customer experience (CX) solutions for technology and blue-chip enterprises, has opened in So Paulo, Brazil.

On behalf of one of the largest video game publishers, developers, and tournament organizers in the world, the new campus is home to a staff of 120 multilingual customer experience specialists.

The TDCX campus in Brazil is the most recent in a line of geographical expansions. TDCX has expanded its client base over the past three years by opening campuses in Colombia, Romania, South Korea, Turkey, and Vietnam.

By 2027, the business process outsourcing market in Brazil is anticipated to reach a value of USD 4.9 billion, indicating a CAGR of around 8.5% from 2023-271. TDCX’s location in Brazil complements its site in Colombia and improves its capacity to serve customers’ needs in both North and Latin America.

Brazil has various benefits as a location for a distribution center, according to Mr. Laurent Junique, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TDCX. We will be able to offer dependable service for foreign clients in North and Latin America through our campus here. We will also be able to take advantage of the highly skilled and technologically knowledgeable local staff.

“The market for outsourced CX services is now highly intriguing. Technology advancements like generative artificial intelligence (AI) are allowing us to reevaluate how we approach CX on a number of fronts. This involves improving the experience we provide to end consumers by being more individualized and responding more quickly. It provides opportunities for service providers like TDCX to further automate processes, provide insights through data analysis for better predictive capabilities, and streamline processes for our clients.

“The opening of our campus in Brazil is another illustration of our commitment to keep enhancing our geographic reach and capability to better serve our customers.”

TDCX increases its gaming XP.

In the gaming industry, TDCX has been steadily gaining ground. In FY2022, the gaming segment’s revenue climbed year over year by 71%.

TDCX was able to broaden its reach for a significant gaming client by opening a facility there. Through its locations in Brazil, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Turkey, and Vietnam, it currently provides support for the client’s operations across the globe.

The player support staff at TDCX, many of whom are gamers, are knowledgeable about the game and have a clear understanding of both player expectations and the developer’s intentions for it. This enables TDCX to constantly provide its gaming clients with high standards of support and grow swiftly when necessary.
