Vendors are given a Trusted Seller verification for their TrustRadius profile after meeting the company’s rigorous standards. The verification signals to buyers that reviews are authentic, unbiased, and ethically sourced.

To qualify as a Trusted Seller, vendors must:

  • Regularly source reviews to provide up-to-date product feedback (at least 10 unbiased reviews in the 12 months before applying)
  • Disclose their review sourcing methodology to TrustRadius, along with any use of incentives
  • Offer equal opportunity for product users to share honest feedback
  • Respond to published reviews when needed
  • Maintain an up-to-date product profile with accurate information
