The Enterprise Guide on Innovation and Security with Generative AI

Uniphore Introduces Marketing Agents

Uniphore Introduces Marketing Agents

Knowledge, Search and Audience Agents bring natural language, automated marketer workflows to Uniphore CDP

Uniphore, a global leader in enterprise AI, at the Gartner Marketing Symposium/Xpo unveiled Marketing Agents, a first-for-enterprise suite of AI agents designed to accelerate how marketing teams access data, segment audiences and work inside the Uniphore Customer Data Platform (CDP) – the foundational layer to its larger Enterprise AI platform.

“With the rise in enterprise AI, marketers have been waiting for business-centric AI that they can actually use,” said Steve Daheb, Chief Marketing Officer, Uniphore. “With Marketing Agents, teams can ask, find and act on their data in seconds—instead of days waiting to hear from a data engineering team—while keeping governance and security intact.”

The first release includes:

  • Platform Search Agent (limited availability, Summer 2025): A semantic search layer that surfaces any platform component—attributes, audiences and more—instantly.
  • Audience Segmentation Agent (limited availability, Summer 2025): An AI agent that builds sophisticated audience segments from plain English prompts, supporting rule-based logic.
  • Product Knowledge Agent (generally available): A natural language assistant embedded in the UI that answers user questions in real time using indexed product documentation.

Three additional agents will follow later this year, extending agentic marketing capabilities into campaign optimization, reporting and insights.

This release shows growing product release momentum to Uniphore’s broader enterprise AI platform targeted at business users, bringing together the ease of use of consumer AI with the rigor and practical realities of the enterprise data stack.

Market Impact

Marketing leaders face growing pressure to drive revenue while cutting acquisition costs. Disconnected data and black box tools have limited AI’s promise. Marketing Agents bridge that gap by embedding secure, human-in-the-loop agents directly where first-party data already lives—in the Uniphore CDP—eliminating data movement.

“As an operator at heart, what excites me the most about agentic AI is the efficiency and speed it can bring to workflows, processes, and more,” said David Rowley, Global VP, Revenue Technology at News Corp. “Uniphore’s Marketing Agents will allow us to use prompts to create segments, journeys and more in seconds rather than hours, and will free our teams up to focus more on insights and innovation.”

Customers are already seeing strong returns with the Uniphore CDP:

  • Dell Technologies boosted digital team productivity by 70%
  • Hewlett Packard processed 400 million records in seconds, cutting campaign build time from two weeks to two hours—a 99% efficiency gain
  • The Washington Post increased new reader acquisition by 131% and lifted resubscribe rates by 38%
  • Skechers drove 324% higher engagement, lowered acquisition costs by 68% and raised return on ad spend by 28%

With Marketing Agents, Uniphore projects customers will compound these improvements by an additional 30% to 50%.
