Vizient, the nation’s leading healthcare performance improvement company, announced that Dan Salzman has joined the company as chief marketing officer. In this role, Salzman will develop and lead Vizient’s go-to-market strategy focused on delivering value to clients.

Prior to joining Vizient, Salzman served Senior Vice President and Business Unit CMO for HP’s $4.5B Workforce Solutions division. Over his 16-year career at HP, he held several global and regional marketing leadership roles including Global Head of Media, Insights and Data Science and CMO for the Americas. Before that, he held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, after starting out at Kraft Foods and Quaker Oats. Salzman holds a Ph.D. in Social/Personality Psychology from Lehigh University and a B.S. in Experimental Psychology from Liberty University.
