Former Glean and Nutanix leader brings a unique customer perspective and deep enterprise search expertise to Simpplr’s executive team

Valluri brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling high-performance customer teams at some of the world’s most innovative technology companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Customer Success at Glean, a pioneer in enterprise search, where he led customer success, professional services and technical support. Simpplr’s recent addition of enterprise search to its flexible and extensible EX platform makes Valluri’s experience at Glean particularly relevant. Valluri is uniquely positioned to help customers unlock the full value of Simpplr’s fully integrated, AI-powered enterprise search capabilities.

Prior to Glean, Valluri was one of the founding members of the Customer Experience and Professional Services leadership team at Nutanix, which has been a Simpplr customer since 2018. While building and operationalizing the global customer success and services organization at Nutanix, Valurri experienced firsthand how a unified digital workplace can drive engagement, productivity and business outcomes.
