AirOps Launches CMS Integrations for AI Search Optimization

AirOps Launches CMS Integrations for AI Search Optimization

As artificial intelligence increasingly influences how information is discovered online, enterprises are facing new pressure to keep digital content continuously updated and optimized. AirOps has introduced a new set of integrations designed to address this challenge, bringing AI search optimization directly into enterprise content workflows and publishing systems.

AirOps, a content engineering platform focused on AI driven search visibility, announced the launch of a suite of enterprise integrations that connect its platform with widely used content management systems and project management tools. The new integrations allow marketing and content teams to create, update, and publish content directly through the systems they already use while maintaining centralized AI powered optimization.

The release introduces native integrations with major CMS platforms including Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, ContentStack, Ghost, and Strapi. AirOps also added connections to project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, and Airtable. By linking these systems with its AI workflows, the company aims to enable enterprise teams to move from content insight to publishing within a single connected environment.

According to AirOps, the need for faster workflows is being driven by the pace of AI search engines. Research cited by the company indicates that web content not updated within three to twelve months becomes significantly less likely to appear in AI generated responses or search citations. For organizations managing hundreds or thousands of web pages, maintaining this freshness across disconnected tools can become difficult.

With the new integrations, teams can import entire content libraries directly from their CMS platforms into AirOps. Once imported, content can be processed through AI powered workflows for creation, refresh, and optimization before being published back to the CMS with a single click. Project management integrations automatically update task statuses as content moves through editing and approval stages, helping reduce manual coordination between teams.

“In our first two months of active AirOps use, we saved 37 developer hours and anticipate saving 60 hours in the next two weeks,” said Josephine Cahill, Web Lead at OysterHR. “And this doesn’t even account for content team time saved. It’s purely developer hours because of the Webflow integration.”

MARTECH PREDICTIONS INSIGHTS- 2026

Companies operating in regulated or brand sensitive environments have already begun using AirOps to manage AI search operations. Organizations such as Chime and Borderless AI are cited as early adopters, using the platform to maintain large content libraries and increase publishing velocity. According to AirOps, Borderless AI increased its output from five blog posts per month to thirty while maintaining consistent optimization for AI discovery.

“AI search moves at an absolutely relentless speed, and even the most advanced teams struggle to keep pace,” said Alex Halliday, Co founder and CEO of AirOps. “What we’re seeing is that AI search is fundamentally changing how marketing teams are structured and how they operate. Content is becoming less of a guessing game and more of an engineering discipline, with a continuous pipeline of signals, actions, and outputs that has to run at the pace of AI.”

The new integrations also connect AirOps with analytics and SEO research tools. Through its Page360 insights layer, teams can integrate Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and answer engine optimization data to evaluate performance across search and AI discovery channels. Additional integrations with platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and DataForSEO support keyword research and competitive analysis.

By embedding AI search optimization directly into CMS and project management workflows, AirOps aims to help enterprises maintain content freshness and remain visible in AI driven discovery environments as search continues to evolve.
