Arcads.ai Raises $16 Million Seed Round to Expand AI Video Platform in US

As short form video becomes the primary engine of digital customer acquisition, marketing teams are increasingly turning to automation to keep pace with demand. Arcads.ai has announced a $16 million seed funding round to accelerate development of its AI video creation platform and expand its presence in the United States, signaling strong investor confidence in AI driven content production for the MarTech ecosystem.

Arcads.ai positions itself as a platform that enables marketing teams to create social ready videos in minutes using artificial intelligence. The seed round was led by Eurazeo, with participation from Alpha Intelligence Capital and additional international investors including the Sequoia Scout program. The funding will support product development, expanded video generation capabilities, and geographic growth, with a particular focus on the US market where more than half of the company’s users are already based.

Founded in 2024 by Dylan Fournier and Romain Torres, Arcads.ai was built to address a challenge the founders experienced firsthand. Prior to launching the platform, the pair ran both a marketing agency and a mobile app studio, where they repeatedly faced the need to produce large volumes of social media video content without the scale or resources of enterprise marketing teams. That experience shaped Arcads.ai’s core mission of making high quality video production faster, more scalable, and more accessible.

The platform supports a wide range of video formats designed for performance driven marketing, including user generated content style AI actors, product demonstrations, fashion try on visuals, and unboxing videos. Content can be produced in more than 35 languages, allowing global teams to localize campaigns efficiently. Arcads.ai is currently used by thousands of companies worldwide, spanning consumer brands, app studios, agencies, and independent founders.

Despite being a young company, Arcads.ai has demonstrated early traction. With a team of seven people, the company reports more than 6,000 clients and the generation of approximately 100,000 video assets per month. The company says it is already profitable, an uncommon milestone at the seed stage for AI software startups.
