Cars Commerce has announced a new collaboration with Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG) and Salesforce to introduce a next-generation automotive CRM designed to modernize dealership operations and improve sales performance. The solution, DealerCloud LLC, is one of the first automotive CRMs built on Salesforce’s Agentforce Automotive framework, bringing enterprise-grade AI, data models, and security to auto retail.
Cars Commerce is partnering with Del Grande Dealer Group and Salesforce to address long-standing challenges in automotive retail, including fragmented systems, inconsistent customer data, and limited marketing attribution. DealerCloud LLC was developed and incubated by DGDG with the goal of delivering a more intuitive, connected, and performance-driven CRM experience for dealerships.
Built on Agentforce Automotive and powered by Agentforce 360, DealerCloud LLC provides automotive retailers with industry-specific tools supported by Salesforce’s established infrastructure and AI capabilities. Early testing across DGDG’s 15 dealerships demonstrated significant performance improvements, including a 30 to 40 percent reduction in average sales cycle time and a 30 percent increase in close rates for internet leads. Additional results showed fewer manual steps for sales teams and a 38 percent increase in sales productivity among new hires due to streamlined onboarding.
“We are excited to partner with DGDG and Salesforce to solve the core industry issues of customer data integrity, system fragmentation, and marketing attribution,” said Julien Schneider, Chief Strategy Officer at Cars Commerce. “Creating connective tissue between our platforms and DealerCloud LLC can move the automotive industry forward in a meaningful way by reducing complexity and delivering clear, measurable value to dealers.”
From Salesforce’s perspective, the collaboration highlights how agentic AI can reshape dealership operations. Achyut Jajoo, SVP and GM of Automotive, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods at Salesforce, said that DealerCloud LLC enables dealerships to operate as “agentic enterprises,” connecting OEMs, retailers, and buyers through AI agents that streamline workflows, unify data, and unlock new revenue opportunities from a single platform.
DGDG CEO Jeremy Beaver emphasized the broader industry impact of the partnership. He noted that automotive retail has historically lagged other sectors in access to enterprise-grade technology, and that working with Cars Commerce and Salesforce brings proven platforms and operational excellence into dealerships. The result, he said, is a modernized operating model that improves efficiency while driving measurable performance gains.
DealerCloud LLC features a modern communication and data stack that creates a unified, end-to-end view of the customer across all touchpoints. By combining automation, AI-driven insights, and unified data, the platform helps dealers accelerate sales processes, improve marketing effectiveness, and deliver a more consistent customer experience without complex implementations.
Cars Commerce plans to launch a pilot program with select dealers ahead of a broader rollout, with expanded availability expected following the National Automobile Dealers Association Show in Las Vegas in February 2026. Industry leaders from Cars Commerce, DGDG, and Salesforce will also present at the event to share insights on how agentic AI and modern CRM infrastructure are shaping the future of automotive retail.
