As enterprises accelerate adoption of artificial intelligence agents, security and identity verification are emerging as critical challenges in scaling automation safely. The integration between GoDaddy’s Agent Name Service and Salesforce’s MuleSoft Agent Fabric introduces a new framework aimed at strengthening trust and governance across the growing ecosystem of AI agents operating within enterprise environments.
GoDaddy announced that its Agent Name Service, known as ANS, now integrates with MuleSoft Agent Fabric, a platform designed to discover, orchestrate, and govern AI agents across business systems. The collaboration is intended to help organizations verify agent identity, reduce security risks, and prevent unauthorized or rogue agents from interacting with sensitive enterprise data.
As companies deploy increasing numbers of AI agents across departments and platforms, many lack standardized methods to confirm an agent’s origin, ownership, or trust status. This absence of verification forces organizations to either slow adoption to manage risk or proceed rapidly without adequate safeguards. The new integration aims to resolve that dilemma by introducing identity validation directly into agent discovery workflows.
GoDaddy’s ANS extends the traditional Domain Name System by enabling AI agent registration through globally recognized internet infrastructure. Once registered, an agent becomes discoverable worldwide within seconds, with its verified identity tied to the owner’s domain name. Other systems and agents can confirm this identity using standard DNS queries without requiring specialized tools or direct access to the ANS platform.
Through the integration, MuleSoft Agent Fabric customers can designate GoDaddy ANS as a trusted source for discovering agents. MuleSoft’s Agent Scanners automatically retrieve verified agents from ANS and add them to the MuleSoft Agent Registry, where enterprise teams can review and approve agents before granting access to internal systems.
Organizations using the combined solution gain visibility into verification status and publisher information, access cryptographic proof of identity, and the ability to apply governance policies that define which APIs or datasets agents can access. This structured approval process aims to strengthen enterprise oversight as AI driven automation expands.

The partnership reflects a broader industry push to establish identity standards and governance models as agent based automation becomes more widespread. By linking DNS infrastructure with enterprise orchestration platforms, GoDaddy and Salesforce aim to create a scalable trust layer that enables organizations to deploy AI agents securely while maintaining visibility, compliance, and operational control.
