Executive leadership changes often signal where a technology company is headed next, particularly in sectors undergoing rapid transformation. That context is important for the retail technology and MarTech ecosystem as Jumpmind announced the appointment of two new senior leaders to guide its next phase of global growth. Jumpmind has named Blake Sipek as Chief Financial Officer and Eric Zielinski as Chief Information Security Officer, strengthening its executive team as retailers accelerate investment in modern in store technology.
Jumpmind said the appointments come at a pivotal moment for the company and the broader retail industry. As physical stores evolve into more connected, data driven environments, retailers are seeking platforms that can unify commerce, promotions, and point of service experiences at scale. Jumpmind has positioned itself as a key player in this shift, with its modern Point of Service and unified promotions systems now deployed across thousands of retail locations in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
“With Blake and Eric on the team, I’m confident we have the financial and technical leadership to scale effectively as more global retailers look to Jumpmind to modernize their in store technology stack,” said Jumpmind CEO Joe Corbin. “We’re at a critical time of transformation for the physical store that Jumpmind is well positioned to lead.”

The leadership additions follow a period of strong momentum for Jumpmind. In September, growth oriented private equity firm Lone View Capital acquired a controlling stake in the company. That investment was aimed at accelerating Jumpmind product roadmap, expanding its global footprint, and strengthening go to market capabilities as demand grows for modern retail infrastructure.
As Chief Financial Officer, Sipek will be responsible for guiding Jumpmind financial strategy through its next stage of expansion. He brings experience scaling software as a service businesses and leading finance and operations teams during periods of rapid growth. His background includes overseeing enterprise revenue acceleration and building mature operational functions across finance, legal, and human resources.
“I’m excited to support Jumpmind’s continued growth through investments that advance our strategic priorities as the company scales globally,” said Sipek.
Zielinski joins Jumpmind as Chief Information Security Officer, where he will oversee security and cloud operations while enabling the company to scale its information systems safely and efficiently. His role also includes supporting AI driven innovation and global expansion without compromising security or trust. Zielinski brings deep experience from previous cybersecurity and technology leadership roles at Nationwide, Veeva Systems, and The Options Clearing Corporation.

“Stores are undergoing the most significant technology shift in decades, and Jumpmind is at the center of this pivot,” said Zielinski. “Retailers are ready to modernize aggressively and I’m excited to help them bring richer experiences, more data and more intelligence into the store, without compromising security, operational resilience or trust.”
For the retail technology sector, the appointments highlight how Jumpmind is preparing for a more complex global operating environment. As retailers modernize physical stores with cloud based systems, real time data, and AI enabled capabilities, financial discipline and security leadership become critical enablers of scale.
With Blake Sipek and Eric Zielinski joining its executive team, Jumpmind is reinforcing its commitment to sustainable growth, secure innovation, and global expansion. The move positions Jumpmind to support retailers as they rethink the role of the physical store and invest in technology platforms designed for the next generation of commerce.
