As brands increasingly seek to replace static marketing journeys with adaptive, intelligence driven engagement, partnerships between customer data platforms and technology ecosystems are reshaping how businesses interact with consumers. Klaviyo and Google have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at advancing autonomous customer experiences across the full commerce lifecycle.
Klaviyo, the autonomous B2C CRM platform, revealed a partnership with Google designed to help brands deliver AI powered interactions that evolve in real time from product discovery through purchase, customer service, and loyalty engagement. The collaboration combines Google’s capabilities in search, advertising, artificial intelligence, and messaging with Klaviyo’s real time customer data and decisioning infrastructure.
The companies say the partnership reflects a broader shift toward autonomous systems capable of understanding live customer context and automatically determining the next best action. Rather than relying on predefined marketing journeys, these systems continuously learn from behavioral signals to improve engagement outcomes over time.
“Commerce is entering a phase where software doesn’t just execute tasks, it makes decisions,” said Andrew Bialecki, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Klaviyo. “Together with Google, we’re expanding how AI and customer data power experiences across commerce, messaging, and real-world interactions, helping brands build loyalty, make buying easier, and retain full ownership of their customer relationships.”
Through deeper integrations across Google’s ecosystem, customer intent signals generated on Google platforms can inform personalized actions inside Klaviyo, with each interaction feeding back into a unified customer profile. These capabilities are powered by the Klaviyo Data Platform, which processes approximately 3.4 billion daily customer interactions across more than 8 billion profiles, enabling real time personalization at scale.
“Google views Klaviyo as a key marketing player in this new era of agentic commerce,” said Stephen Brough, Global GTM Head, RCS for Business. “This deepened collaboration across our two companies and product lines will help Google bring real-time customer intelligence to every touchpoint a consumer has – from ads to AI.”
Several integrations supporting the partnership are already available. Brands can use Klaviyo data within Google Ads to enhance targeting and personalization, activate data workflows through BigQuery, and create marketing content using Nano Banana through Klaviyo’s Remix AI image editor.
A major focus of the collaboration is RCS for Business, which is emerging as a central channel for conversational commerce and AI driven messaging experiences. The technology enables brands to deliver interactive product carousels, rich media, and conversational engagement directly within native mobile messaging environments. Klaviyo is among the first companies globally to provide access to a Google Search to RCS experience, allowing consumers to initiate conversations with AI powered customer agents. The feature is currently available in a limited pilot.
“RCS for Business allows us to show up in a way that actually reflects the POPFLEX brand – personal, interactive, and intentional,” said Jen-Ai Notman, Vice President of Marketing at POPFLEX. “As the customer journey becomes increasingly mobile, messaging isn’t just a re-engagement tool anymore. It’s becoming a true storefront – a place where discovery, connection, and conversion can all happen seamlessly.”
The partnership positions autonomous customer experiences as a defining direction for digital commerce, where AI systems unify discovery, engagement, and service into continuous interactions designed to adapt dynamically to consumer intent and behavior.
