As ecommerce brands push for greater efficiency across increasingly complex supply chains, Pattern Group Inc has introduced a major expansion to its fulfillment solutions portfolio. The company announced new transportation, returns, and reimbursement offerings that strengthen its role as a full service logistics partner for global marketplace sellers. The launch comes at a time when brands are looking for streamlined, cost effective operations supported by data driven decision making, making fulfillment solutions a central priority across the digital commerce ecosystem.
Pattern Transportation marks the company’s entry into end to end inbound logistics. The service draws on the company’s established carrier relationships and transportation infrastructure to provide competitive rates and simplified movement of goods. Rob Hahn, Chief Operations Officer at Pattern, said, “Our middle mile network and volume allow customers to ride the rails of our infrastructure so we can pass the savings on to them. We take the challenge of scheduling and coordinating with marketplaces off your plate.” The company highlights benefits such as shared truckload efficiency, flexible pricing options, and consolidated vendor management that integrates directly with existing Pattern fulfillment services. Signal Brands Chief Operating Officer Nick Renken noted, “[Pattern’s] rate came in below what our other brokers were able to get, and we are always going to choose simple and scale when we can.”

Pattern also introduced significant upgrades to Pattern ReLo, its reverse logistics offering. The enhanced service is designed to help brands recover more value from returned or unsellable merchandise while reducing waste. Pattern’s proprietary grading technology supports an average recovery of thirty five percent of value from items that Amazon designates as unsellable. The system directs products into a wide network of refurbish marketplaces, liquidators, donation organizations, and recyclers. Hahn explained, “Our workflow can recover an average of 35 percent of original value after Amazon and other marketplaces deem it unsellable. If we cannot sell the product, we find solutions to avoid landfills through our broad recovery network.”
The company’s expansion continues with Pattern Reimbursements, a fully automated service that tackles the often overlooked task of filing and managing marketplace reimbursement claims. Pattern emphasizes that many sellers lose revenue when recoverable funds go unclaimed. The new service automates monitoring, documentation, and claims filing by drawing on Pattern’s shipment records and delivery confirmations. Hahn said, “Our deep expertise as a leading global ecommerce accelerator has allowed us to hone the reimbursement process and automate all the steps.” The service is positioned as a lower cost alternative to industry tools that typically charge higher fees while still maximizing the recovery of funds owed to sellers.
