Prior to joining Sprinklr, Rambusch served as Senior Vice President of Services and Solution Delivery at Philips Healthcare in North America, where he led an organization of over 3,000 employees responsible for managing all aspects of customer relations and retention throughout the customer lifecycle. His career also includes more than two decades in leadership roles at Dell, covering services, support, product, and quality management.
