Structured Appoints Stacey Epstein as CEO to Drive AI Native Growth

Leadership transitions at fast growing marketing technology companies often signal a shift in strategy, scale, or ambition. That context makes the latest announcement from Structured especially meaningful for the MarTech ecosystem. Structured, the AI native partner marketing automation platform for global enterprises, has named Stacey Epstein as its new chief executive officer, marking a new phase of growth as the company prepares to expand its enterprise footprint and launch its next generation platform.

Epstein succeeds founder and former CEO Daniel Nissan, who will remain actively involved as an advisor during the transition. Under Nissan leadership, Structured emerged as a category leader in partner marketing automation, building trust with some of the world most sophisticated enterprise ecosystems while investing heavily in product innovation. The company now enters its next chapter with a focus on scale, operational excellence, and AI native execution.

Structured said Epstein appointment aligns with the upcoming release of its next generation platform, scheduled for general availability in the first quarter. Built from the ground up for personalization, scale, and measurable return on investment, the platform is designed to help global vendors and their partners collaborate more effectively across the full marketing funnel. The company positions the platform as a core system of record for partner marketing, enabling automation, insight, and orchestration at enterprise scale.

“Structured already powers some of the world’s most sophisticated ecosystems, including IBM, Google, Zoom, Dell, and ServiceNow,” said Epstein. “My goal is to scale that vision with operational focus, customer obsession, and relentless execution. The new native AI platform we’re rolling out in Q1 is purpose built for the future of the ecosystem. It will drive stronger ROI for our customers and unlock new value for every partner across the chain.”

Epstein brings decades of experience leading enterprise software companies through periods of rapid growth and transformation. She began her career in channel marketing at Oracle, developing deep expertise in complex partner driven go to market models. She later served as chief marketing officer at SuccessFactors, where she helped scale the business from 10 million dollars in annual recurring revenue to a 3.4 billion dollar acquisition by SAP.

Epstein went on to serve as CMO at Freshworks, guiding the company through its 1 billion dollar initial public offering, and most recently held the CMO role at Veeva.

“I started my career in channel marketing, and Structured represents a rare opportunity to apply decades of go to market leadership at enterprise scale,” said Epstein. “With a strong foundation and global customers, we are focused on building lasting value with our partners and shaping what comes next for the market.”

As part of its next phase, Structured has secured additional growth capital from Invictus Growth and is expanding its go to market capabilities. John DeLoche, co founder and managing partner at Invictus Growth Partners, said, “Structured’s customer value proposition is clear: eliminate complexity, drive performance, and empower partner marketers to win in an AI first world.”

With Stacey Epstein now leading Structured, the company is signaling a clear intent to scale its AI native vision and shape the future of partner marketing automation for global enterprises.
