Real time digital engagement has become central to how artists and fans connect, especially as global fandom communities continue to grow across platforms and regions. In this context, Tencent Cloud has announced an expanded collaboration with Blooming Talk to power next generation fan messaging and redefine global artist fan connectivity.
Tencent Cloud, the cloud business of Tencent, said the partnership builds on its Chat IM technology to strengthen Blooming Talk messaging infrastructure worldwide. The enhanced integration enables seamless, real time communication between artists and fans, regardless of location, supporting the platform mission to deliver instant and meaningful digital interactions.
As Blooming Talk scaled its global user base, it faced increasing technical demands around ultra low latency, regional stability, and uninterrupted performance during high traffic moments such as live artist updates. Messaging sits at the core of Blooming Talk engagement model, making reliability and speed essential to the overall fan experience.
To address these challenges, Blooming Talk adopted Tencent Cloud Chat IM as the foundation of its messaging system. Backed by Tencent global infrastructure, the platform supports more than one billion monthly active users and processes over five hundred fifty billion messages per day. This scale enables Blooming Talk to deliver consistent, high availability chat experiences across markets including Asia, North America, and beyond.
Tencent Cloud Chat IM also supports Blooming Talk AI driven fan interactions. The high performance messaging channel allows the platform artist AI to operate continuously, enabling fans to engage in immersive conversations with their favorite artists at any time. In addition, Blooming Talk lifelike AI voice call feature can be replicated using Tencent Cloud Conversational AI capabilities, further expanding interactive experiences on the platform.
The integration process was completed quickly using Tencent Cloud Chat intuitive SDKs, documentation, and sample code. Blooming Talk engineering team was able to deploy core features such as real time one to one messaging and offline push notifications across iOS and Android platforms. This accelerated global rollout allowed the team to focus on developing new engagement features rather than managing infrastructure complexity.
As Blooming Talk continues to expand into new markets, Tencent Cloud Chat IM provides the scalability needed to handle surges in traffic during major announcements or viral fan activity. The platform elasticity ensures stable performance during peak usage, while flexible pricing allows Blooming Talk to align infrastructure costs with actual demand.
“We are pleased to support Blooming Talk in enhancing its global messaging experience through our stable, secure, and globally reliable cloud solutions,” said Jungpil Heo, Tencent Cloud Korea Country Manager. “Through our Chat IM technology, we enable partners to build seamless, real time communication experiences that strengthen user engagement and bring communities closer together.”
Daemyung Jang, CTO of BLOOMING CHATBOT Pte Ltd, added that Tencent Cloud reliability and scalability were key factors in the decision, enabling Blooming Talk to handle high traffic smoothly while supporting continued growth.
With Tencent Cloud Chat IM at its core, Blooming Talk has established a robust communication system that supports consistent artist fan engagement across regions. The expanded partnership underscores how cloud based messaging infrastructure is becoming a foundation for global fan communities, enabling real time connection at scale in the modern entertainment landscape.
