Alchemer Promotes Ryan Tamminga To Chief Customer Officer

Alchemer has promoted Ryan Tamminga to Chief Customer Officer (CCO), a move that reflects the company’s continued focus on customer-led innovation and growth within the feedback and customer experience technology market.

Alchemer, a provider of customer experience and feedback intelligence technology, announced that Tamminga will now lead the company’s global customer strategy. In his new role, he will oversee customer success, support services, and experience operations while also guiding product management and user experience initiatives.

The promotion reinforces Alchemer’s strategy of ensuring that product innovation and platform development are driven directly by customer insights. By aligning customer experience teams with product leadership, the company aims to ensure that user feedback continues to shape product enhancements and future development.

Tamminga joined Alchemer in 2019 and brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise services, operational transformation, and product leadership across multiple industries. During his time at the company, he has played a central role in expanding Alchemer’s customer success organization and strengthening its customer engagement programs.

Under his leadership, Alchemer’s customer success team has grown from a small group into an organization of more than 80 professionals responsible for onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer support. The company reports that these programs have contributed to consistently high customer retention levels and strong satisfaction scores.

As Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Product prior to his promotion, Tamminga also led several cross-functional initiatives focused on improving customer outcomes and operational efficiency. These efforts helped the company maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 92 for support interactions, reflecting high levels of customer satisfaction with its service and support operations.

He will also contribute to the company’s roadmap for AI-driven capabilities that help organizations connect customer feedback with operational decision-making.
