Apollo.io has introduced a new AI Assistant designed to power end-to-end agentic workflows, positioning the platform as an AI-native go-to-market (GTM) operating system for modern revenue teams. The new capability embeds artificial intelligence directly into sales and marketing workflows, enabling teams to automate prospecting, research, outreach, and optimization from a single platform.
With the launch, Apollo aims to replace fragmented legacy sales tools with a unified system where AI helps execute tasks rather than simply offering recommendations. The AI Assistant is built directly into the Apollo platform, allowing sales, marketing, and revenue teams to run entire go-to-market workflows using natural language commands.
Instead of requiring users to configure multiple tools or manually assemble processes, the assistant can interpret a user’s goal and automatically create and execute the necessary workflows. This allows teams to perform complex tasks such as identifying target accounts, enriching data, launching campaigns, and tracking performance within minutes.
“AI is quickly becoming the interface for how revenue teams work, but ideas without execution do not drive growth,” said Matt Curl, CEO of Apollo.io. “Apollo’s AI Assistant does more than suggest next steps; it executes them across the entire go-to-market workflow. Revenue teams don’t need more tools, they need an operating system that delivers outcomes.”
The AI Assistant supports the full GTM cycle, beginning with prospect discovery and qualification and extending through campaign execution, reporting, and deal progression. By combining data intelligence, outreach capabilities, and workflow automation in one system, Apollo aims to simplify how revenue teams manage complex sales processes.
A key capability of the assistant is natural language workflow execution, allowing users to describe an objective and have the platform automatically generate and run the required actions. The system also produces business-specific outputs by leveraging contextual information about a company’s products, messaging, and target audience.
According to Apollo, the AI Assistant has already demonstrated strong adoption during its beta phase. Since launching in October 2025, the assistant has attracted nearly 20,000 weekly active users, with early adopters reporting measurable productivity improvements. Beta users have reportedly booked 2.3 times more meetings compared to traditional prospecting workflows.
“Apollo AI Assistant represents a fundamental shift from tools that simply surface data to an intelligent system that executes,” said Bela Stepanova, Chief Product Officer at Apollo.io. “We’ve built an AI-native platform that understands go-to-market workflows end-to-end and transforms signals into execution.”
Early users have reported significant time savings when building outreach campaigns and researching prospects. The assistant can generate targeted messaging, clean prospect data, and automate search processes, enabling sales teams to focus more on strategy and customer engagement rather than repetitive tasks.
For example, business development teams using the assistant have been able to generate multilingual outreach sequences within minutes and accelerate campaign development without requiring advanced prompt engineering skills.
“Apollo’s AI Assistant has become my go-to for building outreach sequences,” said Dr. Jonathan Chenier, Director, Business Development, TransPerfect. “I’ve been able to generate high-quality messaging in minutes (even across three languages!) when I provide clear context like our value prop and desired outcome. It saves me hours on every campaign and helps me refine my approach, so I’m encouraging my entire team to use it so they can move faster and get better results.”
“Apollo’s AI Assistant filters and cleans prospect data for me, so I can find the right people faster and run better searches,” said Erik Fernando Nieto, Business Development Representative, JumpCloud. “It’s easy to use, I don’t have to become a prompt expert, and it removes the guesswork from prospecting. It feels like someone is working by my side, and it saves me about an hour per prospecting session.”
With the official launch of its AI Assistant, Apollo.io is positioning its platform as a centralized operating system for revenue teams seeking to streamline go-to-market execution while leveraging AI-driven automation to improve productivity and performance.
