El-Zmetr brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in global strategy, operations, and client service management within the media and advertising sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations and Client Services at Walmart Connect, the retail media division of Walmart. In that role, she helped develop operational systems that supported significant growth across the retail media network.

Her experience managing operational scale in retail media environments aligns with Cadent’s goal of delivering advanced predictive advertising capabilities across multiple channels. Before joining Walmart Connect, El-Zmetr held senior leadership positions at Condé Nast and Pandora, where she worked on international expansion initiatives, integrated global client service teams, and built scalable operational systems to support evolving advertising models.

Cadent’s predictive advertising platform focuses on combining data driven targeting with cross channel media activation. By integrating data signals, inventory sources, and performance measurement tools, the company aims to provide advertisers with more precise audience targeting and campaign optimization capabilities.
