Onar Holding Corporation has announced a major acquisition that is set to substantially transform its scale and technological capabilities in the marketing sector. Via its subsidiary Storia, Onar has entered a definitive agreement to acquire JUICE, a heralded digital marketing agency known for its expertise in paid digital advertising, SEO, email and content marketing, and a client roster featuring names like Barstool Sports, L’Oréal, Ramp, Diesel, and Paris Hilton. The agreement, structured as a cash and stock transaction, entails purchasing all outstanding membership interests in JUICE, and is a move that is expected to more than double Storia’s revenue while enhancing profitability through increased operational efficiencies and accretive growth.
Founded in 2017, JUICE has distinguished itself not only with multiple accolades including a #105 ranking on the Inc. 5000 and being named the 7th fastest growing advertising agency in the United States in 2021 but also through prestigious partnerships with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, and Shopify. Recognizing the value of JUICE’s human capital, Onar will retain critical personnel including co-founders Michael Lisovetsky and Troy Osinoff, as well as COO David Khandrius. Osinoff will join the executive leadership team of Onar, with Lisovetsky and Khandrius supporting the integration process to ensure a seamless transition for clients and staff.

Central to this acquisition is JUICE’s proprietary AI software, Sour Grapes, which will now become a core asset of ONAR Labs the company’s internal incubator for software-as-a-service and marketing technologies. Sour Grapes utilizes advanced sentiment analysis and keyword filtering to moderate Facebook comments, increasing both customer engagement and return on ad spend for clients. “Bringing JUICE into our agency network marks a pivotal milestone for ONAR as we continue to enhance our offerings,” said Onar CEO Claude Zdanow. “This acquisition aligns perfectly with our growth strategy and allows us to deliver even more value to customers by combining our talented teams and proprietary marketing technologies.”

Troy Osinoff, JUICE co-founder, shared this enthusiasm, stating, “Today ushers in a pivotal new chapter for JUICE with this agreement’s completion. Merging our strengths and aligned visions with ONAR will spark fresh innovations in digital marketing.” Michael Lisovetsky added, “Our team eagerly anticipates expanding and evolving within a larger organization, and I’m especially excited about the enhanced resources and emerging opportunities ahead.” Khandrius also spotlighted the direct advantages for clients, noting, “This partnership is focused on fast-tracking results for our clients. ONAR equips JUICE with the infrastructure to scale proven strategies and the creative drive to pioneer what’s next.”
The agreement also initiates a 72-day audit period that will review JUICE’s financials from the past two years, though Onar does not anticipate any delays owing to prior due diligence and organized records. The company has committed to maintaining transparent communications with stakeholders as the deal moves toward completion.
