Oracle AI Agents Transform Customer Experience Across Marketing and Sales

As enterprises look to scale more intelligent and responsive customer engagement, Oracle AI Agents are emerging as a central pillar in modern customer experience strategies across the MarTech ecosystem. At its Oracle AI World Tour event, Oracle announced a new set of role based AI agents embedded within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, designed to help marketing, sales, and service leaders deliver proactive and personalized customer experiences at scale.

Built using Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, the new Oracle AI Agents are natively integrated into existing workflows and operate on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The agents analyze unified data across business functions, automate routine processes, and surface predictive insights to improve productivity and business outcomes. Oracle said the agents are available at no additional cost to customers using Oracle Fusion Applications.

“Organizations are transforming slow, reactive sales, marketing, and service processes into proactive and intelligent workflows that deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale and drive revenue growth,” said Chris Leone, executive vice president of Applications Development at Oracle. “The new AI agents in Oracle Fusion Applications help organizations grow customer relationships and lifetime value by delivering customer experiences that are driven by unified data from across multiple business processes.”

Within marketing, Oracle AI Agents are designed to support the full campaign lifecycle. They assist with program planning, campaign alignment, and orchestration by translating goals and narratives into actionable tactics and assets. Marketers can also use agents to better understand buying groups, gain deeper customer insights based on real signals such as renewals and service interactions, and optimize audience investment strategies. Additional agents help automate copy creation and recommend visual assets that align with brand and campaign objectives, helping teams move faster without sacrificing consistency.

For sales organizations, Oracle AI Agents focus on prioritization, speed, and revenue protection. Agents provide sellers with contextual insights into key contacts and accounts, helping them plan outreach more effectively. They also accelerate quote creation by analyzing inputs such as emails and requirements documents, while renewal focused agents monitor contract health, usage trends, and margin risk to support proactive renewals and upsell opportunities. Territory focused intelligence highlights risks and growth opportunities across accounts, enabling sellers to stay aligned with changing conditions.

Service teams also benefit from Oracle AI Agents embedded within Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience. Agents help field technicians prepare for daily assignments to improve first time resolution, automate work order scheduling by matching availability and skills, and support customer self service with instant answers and issue tracking. Service representatives can also rely on agents that extract and summarize information from attachments, speeding triage and issue resolution.

Beyond the prebuilt agents, Oracle customers and partners can create their own AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications. The studio provides tools to build, test, and deploy agent teams tailored to specific enterprise needs.

By embedding Oracle AI Agents directly into core business workflows, Oracle is positioning AI as an operational layer rather than an add on. As Oracle AI Agents continue to expand across marketing, sales, and service, they are expected to play a growing role in helping organizations deliver consistent, data driven customer experiences that support long term growth.
