Outreach is laying the foundation for a new generation of revenue technology powered by interconnected AI agents, unveiling its vision during the company’s ExploreAI leadership series. As B2B organizations grapple with fragmented data, disconnected workflows, and the pressure to consolidate technology, Outreach positioned its platform as the unified intelligence layer that can bring systems, insights, and actions together. With AI agents emerging as the next major driver of sales productivity and deal execution, the company aims to redefine how go to market teams operate in an increasingly complex environment.

The company introduced a new personalized home page designed to help sellers reduce information overload. The interface provides each seller with a clear, prioritized view of deals, accounts, and meetings, offering an efficient starting point for the day while streamlining preparation time. This release is part of Outreach’s broader effort to create conversational, context aware workflows that guide sellers through the revenue cycle.

Outreach also launched Ask Outreach, a conversational experience that allows sellers and leaders to simply ask for insights or take action directly through natural language. Drawing from the full context of the Outreach platform across deals, activities, customer conversations, and signals, Ask Outreach reasons over the data and recommends next steps that can be executed in the same conversational flow. The feature will integrate into tools where revenue teams already collaborate, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and the Outreach Mobile App, and will be available to customers early next year.

Building on its growing intelligence layer, the company introduced a series of new AI agents designed to accelerate account executive workflows. Call Agent is available now and supports sellers with customized script recommendations and AI generated voicemails to increase connection rates. Reply Agent will help sellers address objections with targeted messaging around pricing, competition, and product specifics. Meeting Agent is designed to gather buyer context and account activity ahead of meetings, ensuring sellers arrive prepared and managers maintain visibility. Next Best Action Agent analyzes engagement signals, intent, and activity across accounts to recommend the most impactful actions for moving deals forward. These AI agents reflect Outreach’s view that intelligence must be embedded directly into the workflow rather than isolated in separate tools.

Looking ahead, Outreach envisions a fully connected ecosystem where AI agents can share context and intelligence across the enterprise. To support this, the company announced Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities that enable secure, real time connectivity between AI agents and data sources across trusted platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Drive, and Microsoft SharePoint. With Outreach acting as both an MCP Server and Client, AI agents gain access to richer context while orchestrating multi step workflows across the revenue stack. MCP will be available to customers early next year.
