Criteo has strengthened its executive leadership with the appointment of seasoned advertising and technology executive Edouard Dinichert as its new Chief Customer Officer. The company confirmed that Dinichert will officially take on the role beginning December 1, 2025, and will be based in New York. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Michael Komasinski while overseeing global sales and operations for Criteo’s Performance Media business. His mandate will include driving growth, advancing commercial execution, and ensuring that client success remains at the core of Criteo’s strategy across international markets. The move highlights the company’s ongoing focus on performance innovation and deeper customer value in a rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape.
Dinichert expressed enthusiasm for joining a company he believes is uniquely positioned at the center of commerce and advertising activity. “Criteo has spent two decades delivering measurable performance, and in doing so, has become a unifying force for advertising and commerce,” Dinichert said. He emphasized that Criteo’s blend of global reach, AI capabilities, and data intelligence offers a strong foundation to connect the full consumer journey. “With its global reach and innovation in AI and data insights, the company is uniquely positioned to connect every part of the commerce journey. I’m thrilled to join the team and help drive Criteo’s next wave of growth with our clients and partners.”
