Five9, the provider of the Intelligent CX Platform, announced the latest evolution of Five9 Fusion during Enterprise Connect, introducing a new partner program designed to expand its CX orchestration ecosystem. The initiative brings together product integrations, independent software vendors, and embedded technology partners to help organizations connect AI agents, enterprise data, and business systems more effectively.

The expanded Five9 Fusion framework is intended to help enterprises unlock greater value from their customer experience technology investments by enabling more seamless integration across the CX lifecycle.
