KIVI CTV has appointed Felipe Cortelezzi as Chief Executive Officer, a move aimed at accelerating the company’s next phase of growth in the rapidly expanding connected TV (CTV) and FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) markets across Latin America and the United States.
KIVI CTV operates a full-service AdTech ecosystem focused on streaming television monetization, helping premium content owners connect with advertiser demand through programmatic infrastructure and revenue optimization strategies. The leadership change comes as the FAST streaming sector continues to gain momentum across Latin America, creating new opportunities for content distribution and ad-supported monetization.
As CEO, Cortelezzi will lead KIVI’s strategy for scaling its revenue operations and expanding its partnerships with global media companies and regional content providers.
KIVI has positioned itself as a CTV monetization partner for several premium media organizations. The company currently works with SOFA DGTL as its exclusive monetization partner for FAST channel strategies across Latin America. In addition, KIVI recently announced a strategic partnership with Lionsgate in Mexico and Brazil, which will bring selected titles from the studio’s library of more than 20,000 films and television programs into KIVI’s monetization portfolio.
Through these partnerships, KIVI connects advertisers with high-value content properties while helping media companies generate revenue from ad-supported streaming distribution. The company’s portfolio includes well-known entertainment brands such as Porta dos Fundos, Turma da Mônica, and Cinépolis, along with international titles from global studios.
By providing end-to-end advertising infrastructure and yield management services, KIVI aims to bridge premium streaming content with advertiser demand in the growing CTV ecosystem.
“The Board’s decision reflects Felipe’s proven ability to scale revenue operations in high-growth media environments,” said the company’s board of directors. “His mandate is to lead our collective of media veterans in maximizing revenue through KIVI’s AdTech infrastructure, utilizing strategic distribution expansion as a catalyst for high-scale monetization.”
Cortelezzi brings extensive experience in digital media and streaming television. Prior to joining KIVI, he held leadership roles at Paramount and Pluto TV, as well as Playmaker Capital. His background includes building revenue models for ad-supported streaming platforms and expanding digital media distribution strategies across international markets.
“KIVI has built a strong foundation connecting premium content owners to measurable CTV demand,” said Cortelezzi. “By combining end-to-end distribution with advanced creative and disciplined commercial execution, we are uniquely positioned to scale revenue performance across LATAM and U.S. Hispanic audiences.”
The company also brings together a team of industry veterans with experience at organizations such as Meta, TV Globo, Sony, A+E Networks, Olympusat, and Aleph, reflecting the growing convergence between digital advertising technology and streaming media.
With operational teams in the United States, Brazil, and Argentina, KIVI aims to strengthen its position as a key player in the FAST streaming market across Latin America. By integrating content distribution, advertising technology, and monetization expertise, the company seeks to help media owners capitalize on the rapid growth of ad-supported streaming.
As the streaming ecosystem continues to evolve, KIVI’s leadership transition signals a strategic focus on expanding CTV advertising opportunities while supporting scalable revenue growth for premium content providers.
