Jones is best known for his tenure at Nationwide Insurance, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from 2019 to 2025. During that period, he orchestrated a large scale transformation of the company’s marketing organization by pushing a digital first approach and modernizing how the brand used technology to engage customers. The strategy helped drive record growth and positioned Nationwide as a more agile competitor in a rapidly evolving insurance landscape. Prior to becoming CMO, he held multiple senior roles over his twenty five years at the company, contributing to initiatives across marketing, corporate strategy, and general operations.
