Mediaocean Names Innovid CEO Zvika Netter as Chief Innovation Officer

As advertising platforms race to unify data, workflows, and intelligence across channels, leadership alignment has become a critical lever for innovation. Mediaocean has expanded the role of Innovid chief executive officer Zvika Netter to include Chief Innovation Officer of Mediaocean, a newly created position designed to accelerate AI driven product development across the company. Mediaocean said Netter will lead cross platform innovation initiatives spanning its portfolio, including Innovid, Prisma, and Protected, while continuing to serve as CEO and co founder of Innovid and as a member of the Mediaocean board of directors. The appointment reflects Mediaocean position at the center of omnichannel advertising, with assets that connect planning, delivery, measurement, optimization, verification, and financial workflows.

In his expanded role, Netter will work across the Mediaocean portfolio to align innovation priorities, incubate new initiatives, and scale successful approaches into cross platform offerings. One recent example is Orchestrator, an AI powered framework designed to connect people, data, and specialized agents into a coordinated system. The goal is to help marketers move away from fragmented execution and toward more adaptive, outcome driven media operations.
