Leadership appointments in enterprise software often signal deeper shifts in scale, governance, and long term strategy, particularly across the MarTech ecosystem where operational rigor is becoming as critical as innovation. Sprinklr has announced that Michele Meyers will join the company as Chief Accounting Officer, effective January 5, 2026, strengthening its financial leadership as the company continues to expand its Unified Customer Experience Management capabilities.

Sprinklr, a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, positions itself as an AI native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management, supporting large enterprises as they manage customer interactions across digital channels. In her new role, Meyers will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. She will report directly to Anthony Coletta, Chief Financial Officer, and will play a central role in supporting Sprinklr’s financial discipline as the company scales.

“It is a distinct honor to welcome Michele to the Sprinklr team,” said Anthony Coletta, Sprinklr Chief Financial Officer. “Her deep expertise in public company accounting and SEC reporting and her proven track record for building high-performing, highly efficient teams make her an ideal leader to strengthen our accounting functions as we continue to position Sprinklr for long-term success.”
