Netcore Cloud has announced a series of senior leadership appointments aimed at accelerating its international expansion and strengthening its position as a frontrunner in agentic marketing. The company revealed that it has appointed Vassil Mladjov as Senior Vice President of Agentic AI and Strategy, Deepthi Nagarajan as Vice President of Marketing, and Sourabh Mahajan as Senior Vice President of Sales. Together, the trio brings over fifty years of combined experience in driving innovation, scaling global SaaS businesses, and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
Vassil Mladjov, who steps into the role of SVP, Agentic AI and Strategy, will spearhead Netcore Cloud’s global AI vision, leading efforts to deliver large-scale, one-to-one personalization through its agentic AI capabilities. Sharing his vision for the company’s next chapter, Mladjov said, “Netcore isn’t just participating in the Agentic AI revolution, it’s poised to lead it. Her focus will be on expanding customer-led growth, driving strategic brand positioning, and strengthening global engagement. “With more than 6,500 customers already seeing strong results from our platforms, I’m excited to help Netcore expand its global reach and deepen customer engagement,” she stated.
Rounding out the leadership additions is Sourabh Mahajan, appointed as SVP, Sales. With a proven track record at MoEngage, AppsFlyer, and InMobi, Mahajan brings nearly twenty years of experience in the AdTech and MarTech industries. His role will center on scaling Netcore’s sales operations and accelerating its next phase of business growth. “Netcore has been at the forefront of agentic marketing,” said Mahajan. “I’m thrilled to help drive our next phase of growth.”
