ON24 Secures U.S. Patent for AI Technology That Extracts Key Video Moments

ON24 has strengthened its position as a leader in AI driven customer engagement with the announcement of its newly granted U.S. Patent No. 12,445,698 B2. The patent protects the company’s artificial intelligence technology that automatically identifies and extracts what it calls Key Moments from long form video content, including virtual events and other digital experiences. These AI generated highlights can then be repurposed by ON24 customers across a wide range of marketing and engagement initiatives, making it easier to amplify impactful segments without manually reviewing hours of footage.

The patented system analyzes audience behavior and real time engagement data captured during a digital or virtual event. Using machine learning models, it isolates the most compelling portions of the content and converts them into short form videos. These segments can be used in personalized nurture programs, shared across social platforms, or distributed to targeted audiences to deepen campaign performance.
