The Enterprise Guide on Innovation and Security with Generative AI

Toronto User Conference will be held by ManageEngine on May 17–18, 2023

Toronto User Conference will be held by ManageEngine on May 17–18, 2023
ManageEngine is back and hosting its Toronto user conference after a four-year absence.

After four long years, ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management business of Zoho Corporation, will hold its Toronto User Conference on May 17–18, 2023 at the Hilton Toronto. The two-day conference will bring together clients and partners to talk about innovation and sustainability in the rapidly changing IT market. It will feature a lineup of industry analysts, certified peers, and ManageEngine professionals.

“A large number of our Canadian customers not only survived the pandemic but also thrived. Their IT teams’ contribution to their achievement turned out to be crucial. Rajesh Ganesan, president of ManageEngine, expressed his happiness that ManageEngine was able to assist these clients with their problems.

“Our Toronto User Conference, which was last held in 2019, is where we’ll get to meet our Canadian consumers in person. Several opportunities for learning, networking, and community building would be provided by the event”, he said.

Technical Training Events and Certification Programs

Ganesan will give the keynote address to kick off the User Conference and discuss the future of work in digital firms. In her speech to the group, Allie Mellen, a senior analyst at Forrester, will discuss security in 2023 and discuss problems, new technologies, and opportunities ranging from AI to zero trust. Peyman Parsi, a board member of the CIO Association of Canada, will join Ganesan for a fireside conversation on creating an IT that is future-ready in the current technology world on the second day of the conference.

Through a series of technical workshops that are presented on both days of the conference, attendees get the chance to get first-hand experience with new product features. There will be approximately 40 sessions total, covering topics including unified endpoint management, security operations management, access management and identity protection, and enterprise service management. Participants can become certified and show off their knowledge of ManageEngine solutions.

Canadian Market’s Growth

Initiated as a distinct branch of Zoho Corporation in 2002, ManageEngine has developed an extensive portfolio of products over the years with the help of its in-house research lab. It provides over 60 solutions for businesses to address all of their IT administration requirements, and it has won numerous accolades from the industry as well as analyst recognition.

With a 30% year-over-year sales growth in 2022, Canada will shortly overtake the United States as the fourth-largest market for ManageEngine globally. Endpoint Central, the company’s integrated endpoint management and security solution, is in high demand here.

ManageEngine opened data centers in Toronto and Montreal in January to support the company’s expanding Canadian footprint, increasing its North American data capacity. Customers from Canada had their data handled by American data centers in Texas and Washington prior to this extension.

Additionally, the business supports its Canadian activities from a local office in Cornwall, Ontario. The Cornwall office, which was established a year ago, is an illustration of Zoho’s global localism ideology, which attempts to revitalize regional towns and provide assistance to nearby companies.
