Adam Garson is appointed vice president of marketing by TDengine

Adam Garson has been named vice president of marketing for the well-known open-source time-series data platform TDengine. Garson will oversee TDengine’s global brand management and demand generation thanks to his nearly 15 years of marketing experience.

Garson will bring to his position at TDengine a wealth of experience leading marketing initiatives for technology companies and creating brands for startups. Building the marketing team, driving demand generation, updating the brand messaging, and overseeing partner agencies will be his responsibility.

According to Jeff Tao, CEO of TDengine, “As our brand is expanding in the United States and internationally, it was a crucial next step to invest more in marketing to support the company as we scale.” “Thanks to Adam’s experience, our brand and messaging will have a greater market impact, enabling us to compete as a leading solution in the industry.”

“TDengine’s corporate history is at an exciting crossroads. They have an outstanding leadership team, an outstanding solution that was developed by developers for developers, and a great vision, according to Garson. “I’m looking forward to working with the team to accelerate the company’s position in the expanding time-series database category in addition to continuing to build TDengine’s brand.”

In his prior positions, Garson served as the brand director at Logitech and oversaw the marketing departments at several Bay Area startups, including LevaData and Omada Health.
