“Because we are a truly native tool within Salesforce, our customers are able to work more efficiently and more effectively while keeping their data secure”

Formstack, which supports more than 32,000 customers worldwide, was the first forms software solution to provide a native Salesforce option. Today, all Formstack Salesforce plans for forms are fully native. Some providers claim to be native to Salesforce, but are actually bi-directional integrations. These integrations require extensive IT and Salesforce administrator support and expose data to risk as it will not always be resident within Salesforce.

Formstack Forms for Salesforce is a no-code solution allowing users to easily build forms using a drag-and-drop builder. Advanced features include Dynamic Prefill and integrations with PCI compliant payment providers like Stripe and PayPal. Salesforce AppExchange customers regularly comment on the ease-of-use of Formstack for Salesforce.

Because the solution is built directly on the Salesforce Platform, all forms are created entirely within Salesforce meaning all data is collected, processed, and stored directly in Salesforce, leveraging their security model, data validation, and other native features. As a native solution, Formstack for Salesforce uses Salesforce’s strict data security model and matches Salesforce compliance standards, including GDPR and HIPAA. The Native Professional plan is compatible with Salesforce’s top security features, including Salesforce Shield and encrypted fields.

“Because we are a truly native tool within Salesforce, our customers are able to work more efficiently and more effectively while keeping their data secure,” said Aled Miles, CEO of Formstack. “No other native Salesforce solution provides both this level of sophistication and ease-of-use.
