Spreetail Launches BEx Portal for Real-Time Marketplace Insights

As ecommerce marketplaces become more complex and competitive, brands are increasingly seeking tools that provide real time insights into performance across sales channels, advertising campaigns, and fulfillment operations. The new Spreetail BEx Brand Experience Portal is designed to meet that demand by giving partners direct access to live marketplace performance data and AI driven recommendations.

Spreetail, an ecommerce marketplace accelerator that helps brands scale across major online marketplaces, announced the launch of the BEx Brand Experience Portal. The new dashboard provides brand partners with real time visibility into performance across multiple operational areas including marketplace sales, digital advertising, and fulfillment logistics.

The introduction of the Spreetail BEx Brand Experience Portal reflects a broader industry trend toward greater transparency and data accessibility in ecommerce partnerships. Brands operating across multiple marketplaces often rely on reporting dashboards that provide delayed or static data, making it difficult to respond quickly to shifts in demand or campaign performance.

The new portal operates directly within Spreetail’s live retail and fulfillment systems, allowing brands to track real time activity across their ecommerce operations. Through the platform, partners can monitor live sales performance, inventory levels, and advertising outcomes while receiving AI informed insights designed to support faster decision making.

The dashboard consolidates data from several of Spreetail’s existing performance optimization tools. These include Price Pulse, which monitors marketplace pricing dynamics, Promise Pro, which helps manage fulfillment performance, and True Ads, the company’s advertising optimization system. By bringing these tools together within a single interface, the BEx portal aims to provide a unified view of brand performance across the digital commerce ecosystem.

“Instead of looking backward at reports, brands now have real-time access to the same data and insights that Spreetail uses every day to drive performance,” said Josh Smith, Chief Technology Officer at Spreetail. “By working from the same source of truth, we’re enabling closer alignment, more confident decisions and stronger growth across our partnerships.”

The BEx Brand Experience Portal also integrates with Smart Shelf, Spreetail’s operating system that manages brand operations across the digital shelf. Through the dashboard, brands can view the optimizations executed by Smart Shelf and collaborate with Spreetail teams to refine strategies related to inventory management, product content, and promotional campaigns.

According to the company, the platform offers a range of features designed to provide deeper operational visibility. These include real time tracking of sales, advertising performance, and inventory levels, as well as insights into marketplace promotions and upcoming campaigns. Brands can also access SKU level operational data such as product content status, potential listing defects, and customer feedback trends.

Financial reporting and payable visibility are also included in the portal, allowing brands to align operational performance with financial outcomes. In addition, the system uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and alerts that highlight potential risks or opportunities for growth.

“The biggest impact of BEx is seeing how Spreetail’s end-to-end management translates directly into performance,” said Paul Riley, Chief Operating Officer of TruVolt Brands. “We’re able to connect operational decisions, like inventory allocation or campaign optimization, to real-time sales outcomes, which makes collaboration far more strategic.”

With the launch of the Spreetail BEx Brand Experience Portal, the company aims to provide brands with a clearer view into the mechanisms driving marketplace performance. As ecommerce operations continue to expand across platforms and fulfillment networks, tools like the Spreetail BEx Brand Experience Portal may become increasingly important for helping brands manage complexity and optimize digital shelf performance in real time.
