She joins Zilliant with over 30 years of global expertise across customer success, professional services, partnerships and product innovation roles. As Salesforce’s Global Leader for Industry Cloud Customer Success, she defined a strategy and growth plan to quickly transform and grow an 80-person U.S. team to a global team of 300 within one year. Prior to Salesforce, she was the Chief Innovation Officer at Brookstone and drove revenue growth by collaborating with hardware startups, celebrities, and tech accelerators. Most recently, Van Heerden transformed a major ecommerce retailer company’s Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support organizations, modernizing their global operations.
