Ben Avenia-Tapper Has Been Named the Director of Investor Relations at Viant.
Ben Avenia-Tapper has been appointed vice president of investor relations by Viant Technology Inc., a major provider of people-based advertising technology. Avenia-Tapper’s responsibilities in this position include managing Viant’s interactions with its shareholders and the financial community as well as directing the company’s investor relations strategy. He will answer to Larry Madden, the chief financial officer of Viant.

Avenia-Tapper has nearly two decades of expertise in corporate finance and investor relations, spanning a variety of sectors, including technology, consumer packaged goods, retail, and gaming. Ben most recently oversaw investor relations at Funko, where he established an internal IR department for the fast-growing consumer brand. Prior to joining Funko, Avenia-Tapper had executive positions with Synopsys, Symantec, and Amazon in the retail sector as a Senior Financial Analyst. He graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business with a Master of Business Administration.
