Wereldhave and Ocean Outdoor Launch Digital Media Network in 11 Dutch Centers

Wereldhave has entered into an exclusive partnership with Ocean Outdoor Netherlands to install and manage more than 150 new digital advertising screens in 11 of its shopping and Full Service Centers throughout the Netherlands. This collaboration builds on the companies’ prior success with large-format video walls, with Wereldhave choosing Ocean Outdoor for its distinctive vision and innovative approach to this digital expansion.

The new digital screen network expected to debut in early 2026 is designed to enhance the in-center customer experience while creating a dynamic platform for tenants, brands, and media agencies. These state-of-the-art screens will enable advertisers to reach millions of consumers in prime retail locations, maximizing both impact and engagement with audiences. CEO Matthijs Storm highlighted the scale of Wereldhave’s Dutch network, which sees nearly 69 million annual visitors, stating, “With nearly 69 million annual visitors, our Dutch centers offer a uniquely valuable national and regional media channel. Partnering with Ocean Outdoor – including their Ocean Labs innovation hub – strengthens our commercial Center Media proposition, creating new opportunities for advertisers seeking greater impact and engagement. We are confident this collaboration will deliver strong results for all stakeholders.” The financial outlook for Wereldhave is also positive, with the partnership anticipated to contribute at least € 0.03 annually to Wereldhave’s Direct Result Per Share (DRPS).
